- Follow the care instructions to maintain the longevity of the product.

- If brass fittings are discolored, clean them with vinegar or lemon juice and then polish them.
- Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals as they can damage the material.

After receiving your order, we need 1-2 working days to send your package. We ship our products with the shipping service provider DHL. With shipment tracking, you can easily track your parcel and know when it arrives.

Returns are possible within 14 days. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
