- Neck circumference: As the dog harness is further back than a collar, the measuring tape is passed once around the end of the neck to measure.
- Belly circumference: Measure directly behind the front legs, about two to three fingers wide from the armpit.

Once we receive your order, it takes us 1–2 business days to ship your package. We ship our products via DHL. With tracking, you can easily track your package and know when it will arrive.
We offer free shipping within Germany and Austria on orders of €29 or more. For orders under €29, shipping costs are €4.90 to Germany and €6.90 to Austria. You can find a price overview for all other countries here.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
